PHILLIPS LISTENING TOUR 2013-2015

LISTENING TOUR 2013 - 2015 Dr. Phillips will begin a multi state listening tour to commence this Fall and continue into 2015. His purpose is to survey voters in various states to determine their hopes, desires and aspirations for truly energizing America. His plan is to visit many states and counties in months ahead.
